Do I need a website from you to use these?
No. They work with the website you already have. We connect your current contact form to the CRM, and texting runs off your business phone number.
What do the tools cost?
Each one is a monthly add-on, on top of your plan or your hosting. Tell us what you need and we’ll give you the price before anything is set up.
Who pays for the text messages?
Twilio sends them, from an account in your business’s name, and bills you directly for the messages and your number. Our monthly fee covers setting it up and running it.
Can I text my whole customer list?
Only the people who have agreed to get texts from you. That’s required by law and by the phone carriers, and it’s part of the registration we do for you. Email is similar: people who gave you their address, with an unsubscribe link on every newsletter.
Who writes the messages?
We write the first versions with you, in your words, and you approve every one before it goes out.
